The idea for the Furniture Furniture Blanket Blanket came from the ubiquitous, standardized nature of furniture blankets. I wanted to create something that reflected the end use of the blankets, which is where the idea for quilting in a caning pattern came from.
I initially developed and sampled the FFBB for SSENSE, but cost and intricacy made it prohibitive to offer for sale.
